We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Care Co-Ordinator to join our growing domiciliary care team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering outstanding care to people in their own homes.

As a Care Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our service. We are seeking an individual who is organised, resilient, and prepared to work hard as part of a dedicated management team focused on driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and maintaining effective care staff rotas
Matching care staff to clients based on skills, experience, and preferences
Managing staff availability, holidays, sickness, and emergency cover
Monitoring care delivery and responding to operational issues promptly
Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of care staff
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Building positive relationships with clients, families, care staff, and healthcare professionals
Assisting management with service improvement initiatives and performance targets

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience working as a Care Co-Ordinator within domiciliary care
Strong knowledge of rota planning and workforce scheduling
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Good IT skills and experience using care management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable:

Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
Experience supporting service improvement projects
Experience with recruitment and staff development
