We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our Newcastle team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about online retail, digital operations, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily e-commerce operations across online sales platforms
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates
Monitor website performance and support online merchandising activities
Assist with order processing, shipping coordination, and customer inquiries
Collaborate with marketing and design teams on promotional campaigns
Track sales performance and prepare operational reports
Ensure product information and digital content remain accurate and up to date
Support process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

Requirements

Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, digital operations, or administration preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital management tools
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of digital marketing or online merchandising is an advantage
