The Position:
We are looking for a part-time Client Care Coordinator who is confident, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a key role within our practice, acting as the welcoming face of Whiskers and helping to ensure our clients and patients receive outstanding care from the moment they contact us.
You will work closely with our veterinary surgeons, nurses, and wider team to provide a smooth, friendly, and efficient client journey.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointments, telephone enquiries, and client communications
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Support the veterinary team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Process payments and client accounts
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure information is up to date
- Assist with practice organisation and workflow improvements
- Support the smooth running of the reception area and wider practice
- Help promote preventative healthcare options, including our Wellness Plan
- Maintain a calm, positive, and caring environment for patients, clients, and colleagues
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organised, reliable, and able to prioritise effectively
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
- Has a genuine love for animals and their wellbeing
- Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Is confident using computer systems and learning new processes
- Has previous reception, customer service, or veterinary experience (preferred but not essential)
A passion for providing outstanding client care is essential.
