The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a gardening team, managing day-to-day operations on site, identifying maintenance requirements, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest possible standard.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of professional gardening and grounds maintenance experience
- Proven experience leading and managing gardening teams
- Full UK driving licence
- Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on site
- Willingness to travel and work in London at least once per week
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards at all times

Garden Maintenance
- Lawn mowing and lawn care
- Lawn renovation and repair
- Scarification
- Aeration
- Turf laying and turf maintenance
- Weed control and treatment
- Feeding and fertilising programmes
- Moss treatment and prevention
Plant and Border Maintenance
- Pruning shrubs and ornamental plants
- Shaping and maintaining ornamental planting
- Planting seasonal bedding displays
- Planting shrubs, trees, and perennials
- Deadheading and plant care
- Mulching and soil improvement
- Plant health monitoring and treatment
Grounds Maintenance
- Leaf clearance
- Site tidiness and presentation
- Seasonal clean-ups
- Pathway and driveway maintenance
- Weed removal from hard surfaces
- Pressure washing and external cleaning where required
Garden Improvements & Landscaping
- Garden renovations
- Soft landscaping projects
- Preparing planting schemes
- Soil preparation and improvement
- Installation of new planting areas
- Turfing projects
- Garden transformations
Team Leadership
- Supervising and motivating team members
- Allocating daily tasks efficiently
- Ensuring work is completed on schedule
- Training and developing junior staff
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Conducting quality checks on completed work
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
