Full job description

Assembly Operative – Days 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Trailer / Chassis Assembly - Production based in our manufacturing factory in Daventry.

Roles Available:

Day shift - £12.75 p/h initial rate, plus up to 20% attendance / overtime bonus each month = £15.30 p/h achievable in first full month.

Learning and becoming proficient in all aspects of trailer chassis assembly, as a key part of our chassis fabrication process.
Working within a high quality production factory environment.
Developing product knowledge and hands on skills.
Organisation and general maintenance of the department.
Workload planning.
Leading by example and helping the business grow.

Candidate Requirements:

Being able to work in a physically demanding environment.
A hardworking and determined attitude.
Good level of spoken English.
