Job Summary
We are seeking warm, engaging tutors to support primary learners and those preparing for the Kent Test (11+). Many of our families choose us for our calm, relationship‑based approach, and we’re looking for tutors who can offer the same.

We welcome tutors who can offer:

KS1 & KS2 English and Maths
11+ preparation (Verbal Reasoning, Non‑Verbal Reasoning, Maths, English)
Confidence‑building and foundational skills support

Responsibilities

Deliver tailored tutoring sessions focused on primary education and 11+ exams
Meet individual student needs and learning styles.
Assess student progress regularly and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Foster a supportive learning environment to build confidence and enthusiasm.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians.
Utilise engaging teaching techniques suitable for children, including those with special educational needs.

Desirable Skills

Experience in tutoring or teaching primary school students.
Strong understanding of primary curriculum content and assessment requirements.
Experience working with children, including those with special educational needs.
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate students.
Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule effectively.
Passionate about education and committed to supporting student success.
Relevant qualifications in education or specialised training in tutoring are advantageous but not essential.

This is a flexible, rewarding role supporting children at key stages of their learning journey.

Pay: £20.00-£26.00 per hour
