Must have previous Mortgage Administration Experience

Providing Decision in Principle's (DIP)/ Agreement in Principle's (AIP)
Entering Mortgage Applications/Submissions
Answer telephone/take messages
Complete Enquiry/Data Capture form with new enquiries.
CRM to be reviewed and kept up to date tracking and monitoring each processing stage.
Manual and electronic filing of client correspondence and all other relevant documentation should be carried out at the time of processing.
Speaking with Vendors, Estate Agents and Solicitors etc with regards to the progress of applications.
Completing pre and post application checks.
Managing and updating Xplan Mortgage system.
Dealing with correspondence and producing standard letters.
Liaise with lenders, insurance companies, solicitors and clients ensuring requirements met such as medical examinations, obtaining evidence of earnings, completion of any questionnaires and recording and tracking these procedures on Intelligent Office.
Ensuring acceptance terms and mortgage offers received as promptly as possible and checking these against application/illustration.
Electronic filing of client correspondence and all other relevant documentation should be carried out at the time of processing.

Pay: £25,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
