CPI Books Chatham has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Warehouse Runner to join our dynamic team.
CPI Group are a pan-European book printer and distributor with 17 manufacturing sites based within the UK, France, Germany, and Spain. We work in numerous markets including Trade (printing millions of Harry Potters!), to printing books for the academic and educational markets delivering school books and books on demand. The business is growing, and we are looking for energetic, creative, innovative team players to join us.
I AM A CCOUNTABLE FOR:
The efficient movement of completed stock from Production areas into the warehouse
ROLE OBJECTIVES:
· To liaise with Warehouse staff to ensure stock is moved in the correct order · To ensure that all departmental procedures are followed
· To develop good working relationships with production and Warehouse teams
· To ensure all company procedures are adhered to

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous Forklift truck experience (desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management systems (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience with RF scanning (desirable but not essential)
- Basic Computer skills

WORKING HOURS :
Continental shift pattern based on a 36 hour week spread over 3 shifts
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
