Your responsibilities
As a CNC Turning Programmer, Setter and Operator
Your responsibilities will include:
- To manufacture precision components from drawings and 3D data
- Keep up with all relevant quality documentation.
- Must be able to read engineering drawings, machine to a high level of accuracy (+/- 0.025mm) and work on own initiative.
Requirements
- Fully skilled in the programming, setting and operating of Fanuc controlled turning centres.
- Programming experience essential
- Bar feeder experience desirable but training can be given
- C axis milling experience desirable but training can be given
- Apprentice Trained or Time Served with a broad knowledge of tooling, aerospace experience preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in a busy machine shop required.
