Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives at The Construction Training Academy in GB & Cyprus. This pivotal role involves shaping our brand presence and driving growth for our training programs and new personal development ventures.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our training programs.
Lead the marketing team to execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and offline platforms.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign effectiveness.
Enhance brand awareness and reputation within the construction industry communities.
Drive lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
CRM Management
Email marketing
Videography/copywriting and editing skills would be an advantage
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably within the construction, property, or training industries.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to develop strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Experience in managing budgets and leading a team.
