Fantastic Opportunity for an assistant sous chef in a newly renovated cafe/restaurant which was originally a stone Threshing Barn
We are a family farm near Lincoln and have recently renovated a stone threshing barn into a cafe/restaurant which seats up to 60 people. We would like to build a fantastic reputation for providing a high-quality service using fresh ingredients. We are looking for an experienced and passionate assistant chef/cook to come on this exciting journey with us we prepare to open this new venture.
The cook/chef will ensure that only great, delicious food comes out of your kitchen, leaving our customers delighted with their meals every time at The Threshing Barn Coleby, whilst ensuring your kitchen is always compliant with relevant regulations and requirements.
Key Duties chef :
· Have strong all round skills within the kitchen
· Be confident in working with fresh ingredients.
· Develop fully costed menus
· Ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained.
· Manage all safety regulations and paperwork as required.

We will initially be opening 5 days a week Wednesday to Sunday, opening times 9am - 4pm.
Pay will be dependent on experience.
