We are looking for a Commis Chef. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Executive and Head Chef. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food,eager to learn,and motivated to grow within a luxury hotel kitchen setting,while maintaining high standards of quality,consistency,and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities of a Commis Chef:

Assisting in the preparation and production of menus
Preparing all dishes to the required standard and specification
Maintaining high health and safety standards
Being responsible for securing the kitchen when on late duty
Ensuring that sections are kept clean,safe and hygienic at all times

What are we looking for?

Experience as a Commis Chef in a professional kitchen.
A genuine passion for cooking and a keen interest in culinary development.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
A flexible,proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
A desire to learn and progress within a luxury hospitality setting.
