Assistant Manager in Training– Rockfish Brand new opening! our first opening of 2019. We're joining the buzzing community down at Exeter Quays with Rockfish overlooking the water by the Exeter Cookery School, Haven Banks, the rowing club and other great places to eat and drink. The Role

As Manager in Training, you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example all the way.

You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values, ‘Care, Community and Connection’.

As a new Rockfish Manager in Training, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us.

Will be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.

You will be required to have at least one years’ experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.

You will have a flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its busiest.
