With a rapidly expanding workload, we have an exciting opportunity for talented and highly motivated Compliance Administrator.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to support our HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality & Environment) and Rail compliance functions. This role is essential in ensuring that all company documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements are maintained to a high standard and kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control
- Assist with audits, including preparation and follow-up actions
- Complete and manage supplier questionnaires, PQQs (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires), and tender compliance documents
- Upload and update insurance certificates and compliance documentation on client and supplier portals
- Support the development, review, and implementation of company procedures, including HSQE and Rail-specific procedures
- Maintain and update RAMS and office-based risk assessments
- Ensure all records are current and compliant with relevant standards and regulations, such as, British Standards and Rail Standards
- Monitor document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
- Provide general administrative support
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a compliance, administrative, or HSQE-related role
- Strong understanding of documentation control and compliance processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using online portals for document management
- Demonstrable experience of implementing and maintaining management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is essential.
- Familiarity with BS EN ISO 19650 (Information Management using BIM) would be advantageous.
- Experience completing PQQs, supplier questionnaires, or tender documentation
