An exciting opportunity has arisen at Barnstaple Vets for Pets for a Client Care Advisor to join our close knit and growing team.

What your typical day will look like:

Providing outstanding service to our clients while ensuring the highest standard of care for their pets, acting as a key link between clients and the clinical team

Building strong, positive relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues

Ensuring every client visit is a positive experience, so clients leave feeling confident, supported, and happy to return

Greeting clients warmly and offering support, guidance, and clear, accurate information

Managing payments and confidently booking future appointments

Coordinating the smooth day-to-day running of the practice using our online booking system, so strong computer skills are essential
This role is for 30 hours, over 4 days including 1 in 4 Saturdays.

The ability to provide accurate guidance by staying up to date with practice services and additional offerings

Emotional resilience to support clients during difficult moments, as well as share in joyful milestones such as a puppy’s first visit
