Our continued growth means we are now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our busy and friendly team in our new refurbished offices.
The Role
As a Contracts and Billing Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and professional service. Working closely with colleagues across departments, you’ll process and manage customer energy contracts, liaise with suppliers, and support clients throughout the entire contract and billing journey.
This is a busy yet rewarding position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer contracts in a timely manner.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure contract completion and accuracy.
- Support customers from initial agreement through to contract renewal.
- Manage re-agreements and amendments where required.
- Proactively handle customer queries and ensure a positive experience.
- Investigate and resolve utility billing and account issues on behalf of customers.
- Maintain detailed records and data accuracy in company systems.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and takes pride in delivering great customer service.
Essential skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident communicator — both by phone and email.
- Strong data entry and IT skills, including MS Office and database systems.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience within the energy or utilities industry is highly desirable but not essential.
