The Role
As a Trainee Team Leader, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing a team of canvassers and sales representatives. You will play a key role in ensuring your team consistently delivers high-quality leads while maintaining company standards and performance targets.
This position is ideal for an experienced team leader, sales professional, or recruiter who enjoys coaching others, driving performance, and building successful teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
- Deliver ongoing coaching and performance development.
- Monitor team activity and productivity.
- Support field teams with lead generation strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and one-to-one meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and standards.
- Assist with branch growth and expansion plans.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and develop future team leaders and managers.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in team leadership, sales, recruitment, or field marketing.
