Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, has a passion for great service, and is eager to learn more about cocktails, wine and customer experience.

We are primarily hiring for a part-time position, however full-time opportunities may also be available for the right candidate.

While previous bar or restaurant experience is preferred, full training will be provided for someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard
Deliver warm, attentive and professional customer service
Take orders and interact confidently with guests in a busy environment
Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar and throughout service
Assist with stock rotation and restocking during shifts
Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service procedures
Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Learn and develop knowledge of wines, cocktails and seasonal specials

Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Friendly, confident and approachable personality
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and take part in training
