As our community continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and relationship-focused Customer Success & Business Growth Manager to support our clients throughout their journey with B2B Growth Hub.
About the Role
This is a customer-facing role focused on onboarding new clients, building long-term relationships, ensuring customer success, and helping businesses maximise value from our services and ecosystem.
You will become a trusted point of contact for clients, helping them access the right resources, services, events, partnerships, and opportunities to support their growth objectives.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with business owners, entrepreneurs, directors, and decision-makers and is passionate about helping businesses succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding
- Welcome and onboard new clients.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and challenges.
- Guide clients through available services, events, and opportunities.
- Create onboarding and engagement plans to ensure early success.
Account Management & Customer Success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular client review meetings.
- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement.
- Resolve client issues professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure clients achieve measurable value from their membership and services.
Business Growth Support
- Understand each client's growth objectives and business challenges.
- Recommend relevant B2B Growth Hub services, events, workshops, and programmes.
- Facilitate introductions to strategic partners, suppliers, and industry experts.
- Identify opportunities for clients to increase visibility, generate leads, and grow their businesses.
Revenue & Retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
- Support membership renewals and retention activities.
- Generate referrals and partnership opportunities.
- Help grow account value while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Community & Event Engagement
- Encourage client participation in networking events, exhibitions, awards, workshops, and business growth programmes.
- Build engagement across the B2B Growth Hub ecosystem.
- Help create valuable business connections and collaboration opportunities.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Track customer interactions and account progress.
- Prepare account performance reports and updates.
- Monitor client engagement and identify areas for improvement.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Client Relationship Management and Membership Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Desirable
- Experience working with SMEs, Startups, or Business Support Organisations.
- Experience within events, exhibitions, networking groups, consultancy, marketing agencies, or professional services.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar business productivity tools.
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms.What We're Looking For
