Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in developing and executing effective strategies. This paid role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing and sales, working closely with professionals to enhance organisational growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be highly organised, and demonstrate a keen interest in B2B marketing and project management. The position involves assisting with various marketing campaigns, analysing market data, and contributing to the optimisation of sales processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to target B2B clients
Support the organisation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for internal review and client meetings
Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral
Maintain organised records of campaign performance metrics and client interactions
Support the team in administrative tasks related to project management and client communications
Contribute ideas for improving marketing processes and increasing engagement with target audiences

Skills

Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting market data and campaign results
Competence in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant IT tools
Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and strategies
ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and clients
