Paid social is one of the most important growth levers in our business, helping us build awareness, drive customer acquisition, and shape brand perception across our key markets. We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our team and take ownership of this critical channel as we continue to scale globally.
This is a newly created role dedicated exclusively to paid social because we believe these channels deserve a true specialist. Reporting into the Senior Ecommerce Commercial Manager, the Paid Social Specialist will own the paid social strategy end to end across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
Sitting at the intersection of performance marketing and creative, this role is ideal for someone who can combine strong commercial and analytical thinking with a genuine creative eye. You’ll work closely with our brand and creative teams to develop compelling campaigns that drive profitable growth while protecting and elevating the LeMieux brand.
The role plays a critical part in scaling customer acquisition, improving channel efficiency, and ensuring creative excellence across all paid social activity.
What You’ll Do
- Own the paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, aligned with wider commercial and brand objectives.
- Build and maintain a full-funnel paid social plan balancing awareness, prospecting, retargeting, and retention investment.
- Define and manage testing roadmaps across audiences, creative concepts, ad formats, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Translate campaign findings and performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Act as the key commercial partner to the in-house brand and creative teams, briefing creative requirements grounded in performance insight.
- Champion creative quality as a core driver of paid social performance while ensuring brand integrity across all outputs.
- Build a culture of rapid creative iteration through testing, learning, optimisation, and scaling supported by clear measurement frameworks.
- Own day-to-day campaign execution across all paid social platforms directly.
- Allocate and optimise budgets across campaigns, ad sets, and ads to achieve ROAS, CAC, and incremental revenue targets.
- Stay ahead of platform developments, ad format launches, and industry changes including measurement updates, signal loss, marketing mix modelling, and incrementality testing.
- Build clear, data-driven reporting on paid social performance, channel contribution, and creative effectiveness.
- Partner with commercial and analytics teams on attribution, marketing mix modelling, and incrementality testing initiatives.
- Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Commercial Manager on trading priorities, promotional planning, and channel investment decisions.
- Collaborate with the Senior Ecommerce Experience Manager to ensure landing pages and customer journeys support paid social performance.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with brand, creative, product, merchandising, and ecommerce teams.

What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on paid social experience, including management of significant advertising budgets within a D2C brand or specialist agency environment.
- Deep expertise across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with working knowledge of YouTube and Pinterest advertising platforms.
- A strong creative instinct with the ability to evaluate ad creative and provide clear, commercially focused creative direction.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with confidence interrogating performance data, building test frameworks, and drawing actionable conclusions.
- Experience building productive working relationships with internal or external creative teams.
- Commercial mindset with a clear understanding that paid social exists to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Exposure to performance measurement methodologies including attribution, marketing mix modelling, incrementality testing, or media mix optimisation frameworks is advantageous.
- Experience working across multiple international markets including the UK, US, or EU is beneficial.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and tools such as Klaviyo, GA4, and related ecommerce technology.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
