Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our culinary team as a BUTCHER. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
Assist in food production processes, including butchery, food preparation, and plating
Maintain strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Support the team in managing inventory levels and ensuring proper storage of ingredients
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, mixers, and ovens
Assist with cleaning duties to uphold cleanliness standards within the kitchen environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in food production, culinary roles, or restaurant environments is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
Experience in butchery or food preparation is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
