Fashion Assistant (Graduate - Entry Level)
- Fixed Term – Full Time
- Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week
- Hybrid Working – 3/4 Days in the office depending on workload requirements
- Based in London – Camden, London.
We are now recruiting for a Fashion Assistant (Entry Level) who has some experience and passion for fashion and willingness to learn. This roles will support the Account Manager and Divisional Manager, and the wider HTL (Fast Fashion) team.

About the Role:
This internship is a fast-paced and varied role where you will support the HTL team and gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks across product development, client management, and sample coordination. No day is ever the same, and you will develop strong commercial awareness alongside a deep understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Organising and sending samples to clients and overseas factories (China/Cambodia/Bangladesh/Turkey/Sri Lanka)
- Managing and tracking samples, including maintaining accurate records of movements
- Supporting with showroom setup and preparation for customer meetings
- Assisting in preparing for customer meetings, including buying and organising samples
- Attending meetings and taking detailed notes
- Supporting Garment Technologist in fit sessions. Gathering samples, photographing samples and taking detailed measurements.
- Communicating with clients and factories regarding order status, development progress, and delivery timelines.
- Managing sample organisation within the office, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace
- Handling packaging queries and logistics coordination
- Inputting and maintaining data across multiple client PLM systems.
We are looking for interns who are:
- Recently graduated in a fashion, business, or related course and eager to gain hands-on industry experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicators, comfortable liaising with internal teams, clients, and international suppliers
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
- Commercially aware with an interest in product, trends, and the retail market
- Keen to learn and develop within account management and the wider fashion industry
