VACANCY - HR Manager (Fixed Term)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Duration: Fixed-Term (12 months)
THE COMPANY: Morgan Marine Ltd is a market leader in its specialised field, we design, manufacture & install Steel and GRP housings amongst other diverse products. Our Primary client base includes the Utilities and Construction sectors.
Morgan Marine is an ambitious, dynamic, and professional organisation with over 60 years of manufacturing expertise. As the company continues to flourish and our client base expands throughout British & Global markets, we are looking to strengthen ourHR Team with the addition of an HR Manager.
THE ROLE: The HR Managerwill be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service across the full employee lifecycle. You will provide professional support and guidance to Managers on all employment law matters, employee welfare, and employee-related challenges within the local environment as well as introducing policies and best practice. You will also ensure the achievement of organisational objectives through the effective implementation of people management, policy, and procedure. You will be an experienced, generalist HR professional.
REQUIRED SKILLS: You will be able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment and be able to prioritize your workload accordingly. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident in presenting to senior management. You will have a high level of self-motivation, possess good time-management skills. An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is essential.
THE PACKAGE: £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.
