We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Stock Brook Country Club.
Position Details
- Role: Night Cleaning Supervisor
- Hours: 7:00pm – 7:00am
- Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rota
- Location: Stock Brook Country Club
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting one member of the cleaning team.
- Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the club.
- Cleaning of all public areas, gym facilities, changing rooms, Function Rooms, offices, and communal spaces.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Taking responsibility for the security of the building during night shifts.
- Ensuring the club is prepared and presented to a high standard for members and guests each morning.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous cleaning experience is essential.
- Supervisory experience is desirable.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable taking responsibility for site security during overnight hours.
