More about your role

Working pattern - Hybrid Working - in the office Tues and Fri after training
Mon - Thurs - 9am - 5.30pm
Fri - 9am - 5pm

We are looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator on a permanent basis. Based in Bath, you will play a key role in maximising rental collections across client portfolios so that client expectations and SLAs are met. On a daily basis you will work with the Property Managers and Finance Team to maintain a high level of performance whilst delivering effective solutions to the customer, client and the team. Running arrear reports and chasing any outstanding payments is also a key part of the role.

More about you

The ideal candidate will come from a customer service background with good communication skills - both written and verbal. Given the nature of the role, you will also possess good numerical and literacy skills. An understanding of credit control and working in arrears is beneficial but not essential. In addition, you will be able to deal with customer complaints and be able to work with stakeholders at different levels.
