Summer Sales Assistant – Entry Level

Looking for a vibrant summer opportunity where you can gain valuable experience, meet new people, and develop transferable skills? Odessa Promotions is expanding and seeking enthusiastic Summer Sales Assistants to join our Glasgow team.
This is a face-to-face customer engagement and sales role where you'll represent well-known brands, interact directly with customers, and build confidence in communication, customer service, and sales. No previous experience is required as full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers face-to-face in retail and event-based environments
- Representing client brands in a professional and positive manner
- Promoting products and services while supporting sales objectives
- Delivering excellent customer service and building customer relationships
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and energetic team
- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older due to client requirements
- Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Full-time availability preferred
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
