Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for talented and passionate staff members to join our established performing arts company.
We are seeking experienced practitioners with skills in some or all of the following:
- Vocal Coaching Voice & Singing Technique Musical Theatre Ensemble Singing Dance Competition & Exam Preparation
At Elm Arts Company, we are committed to delivering high-quality training within a nurturing and supportive environment. Our students have gone on to achieve success across the industry, including:
- West End productions UK Tours TV & Film Dance World Cup National Competitions Professional productions including the Wicked movie, Matilda the Musical and many other professional projects
We are looking for individuals who can confidently teach both beginners and advanced performers. Many of our roles involve working with children and young people of varying ages, abilities, experience levels and confidence.

The role includes:
- Weekly Academy sessions on Thursdays and Sundays Private vocal coaching and dance lessons Competition and exam preparation Summer work opportunities Additional teaching opportunities throughout the week depending on availability and company requirements
For the right candidate, there is opportunity for professional growth, with the potential to work up to 5 days per week.
We are looking for people who are:
- Reliable and professional Passionate about developing young performers Confident teaching a range of abilities Well organised with good availability Ideally hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle/ Positive team players who want to contribute to a successful and supportive company
Excellent rates of pay.Term-time calendar provided in advance.
