Full job description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Junior Artist role based near Newquay, United Kingdom. As a Junior Artist, you will contribute to high‑quality concept art, illustrations, and visual assets across our projects. You will develop artwork that supports miniature ranges, game worlds, and marketing materials, adapting to different artistic styles as required. You will work closely with the Art Lead, whilst collaborating with Sculptors, and Marketing team to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual direction.

Requirements / Essential

Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent artistic ability and versatility.
Proven experience producing professional-quality artwork.
Ability to work across multiple styles and genres.
Strong understanding of composition, colour, design, and visual communication.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements / Desirable

Experience in the gaming or miniature design industry is a plus
Experience creating fantasy, science-fiction, historical, or military-themed artwork.
Passion for hobby gaming and collecting.
Familiarity with miniature design and production workflows.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
