Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Lead to oversee and enhance our care systems. Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance protocols in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process optimisation.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Manage documentation related to quality control activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate customer complaints or product recalls, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in quality assurance.
Experience
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role within the care sector
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 or equivalent is desirable.
- Effective communication skills, capable of training staff and liaising with regulatory bodies. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional committed to maintaining high standards of quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
