Multi-Drop Delivery Driver – Family Run Wholesale Business

Salary: £32,500.00 gross per annum + Overtime
Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Join our family-run fruit and vegetable wholesale business at our Stafford unit. We pride ourselves on delivering the freshest produce to our local community, and we are looking for a reliable, hardworking Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our close-knit team.
A Day in the Life
We value efficiency and want you on the road as quickly as possible. Here is what a typical morning looks like:
- 04:00 AM Arrival: No need to spend hours loading; your 3.5t refrigerated box van is already loaded and waiting for you.
- Kick-off: Collect your Proof of Delivery (POD) device and paper invoices from the office and head out.
- The Route: You'll navigate your pre-set route, delivering fresh produce to our loyal customers across the region.
- The Finish: Once your route is complete, you head back to the Stafford depot. Drop off your device and van, and you're done for the day! The warehouse team takes over from there to reload the vehicle for the next morning.
Training & Support
We don’t just throw you in at the deep end. Our Stafford manager, Paulo, will personally train all new starters for the first two weeks. He will ride along with you to show you the specific routes and introduce you to the drop-off points for every customer, ensuring you feel confident and supported before going solo.

Requirements
- Driving License: A valid UK Driving License (Category B) with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Vetting: Formal license checks are performed upon employment.
- Reliability: A consistent "can-do" attitude for our 4:00 AM starts.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes / sacks of fresh produce.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using a POD device for digital signatures and tracking.
