Highly skilled and reliable Groundworker with strong experience leading small teams of 2–3 operatives on a wide range of groundworks projects. Competent in excavation, grading, kerbing, edging, setting accurate levels and falls, and general civil works, ducting, trenching .
Demonstrates excellent awareness of health, safety, and road safety requirements, with the ability to work efficiently to programme while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Experienced in operating plant and machinery, with drainage and ironworks experience considered a strong advantage.

Health & Safety
- Strong understanding of site safety requirements
- Confident working in hi-vis and roadwork environments
- Knowledge of traffic management and safe systems of work
- Tickets / certifications beneficial (CSCS, CPCS, NPORS, etc.)
