Highly skilled and reliable Groundworker with strong experience leading small teams of 2–3 operatives on a wide range of groundworks projects. Competent in excavation, grading, kerbing, edging, setting accurate levels and falls, and general civil works, ducting, trenching .
Demonstrates excellent awareness of health, safety, and road safety requirements, with the ability to work efficiently to programme while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Experienced in operating plant and machinery, with drainage and ironworks experience considered a strong advantage.
