About the role

Sales Executive

Join Bidfood UK in our friendly Durham office as a Sales Executive, earning £26,000 plus incentives, with the opportunity to earn an additional £6,000 bonus by hitting targets.

If you’re confident building relationships, enjoy sales, and thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our sales team, you’ll build strong relationships with customers over the phone and through digital channels, helping them grow their business while driving sales growth for Bidfood UK. You’ll:

Manage customer orders and become a trusted product advisor
Identify upselling opportunities and recommend relevant products
Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service
Analyse customer buying patterns to spot growth opportunities
Support digital customers and help them maximise our services
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Work towards sales targets and performance incentives

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in sales or customer service
Is confident communicating over the phone
Enjoys building relationships with customers Is motivated by targets and achieving results
Has a positive, outgoing attitude
Can quickly develop strong product knowledge
