Wedding & Events Coordinator x 2 (MATERNITY COVER)
Location: Head Office, Jesmond

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic company representing a portfolio of award-winning venues, including Newton Hall, Le Petit Chateau, Runa Farm, The Croft, Lartington Hall, Whitworth Estate, Grand Villa Heights and Solara Shores.

We’re looking for two full-time maternity cover Wedding & Events Coordinators to bring passion, organisation, and exceptional customer service to our Head Office in Jesmond. Based within our central Wedding Department, you’ll be responsible for coordinating weddings and events across our stunning Durham and Northumberland venues, ensuring every couple receives an exceptional experience from booking through to their special day.

What You’ll Need:

Preferred experience in a wedding or events coordination role
Proven record of delivering outstanding customer service
Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines under pressure
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of computer literacy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Schedule:
