Location: Cambridge & Surrounding Areas

We are a well-established and growing electrical contractor based in Cambridge and are currently looking to recruit Electricians, Electrical Supervisors and Electrical Testers to join our team.

As a company, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality electrical installations and maintaining a supportive and professional working environment. We are Members of the JIB and the ECA, and we follow JIB rates as a guide, with rates negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Our company operates as an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), meaning that after one year of service employees become eligible for a tax-free bonus, giving everyone a direct share in the company’s success.

What We Offer

Competitive pay (based on experience, following JIB rates as guidance)
Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) – tax-free bonus after 1 year service
Bupa private health insurance
Company van and fuel card provided to the right candidates
24 days holiday + bank holidays
Holiday pay calculated at 9 hours per day
Overtime opportunities:
Time and a half after 7.5 hours during the week
Saturdays: Time and a half for the first 6 hours, then double time
Sundays: Double time
Regular company events and social activities throughout the year

Roles We Are Recruiting

We are currently seeking experienced professionals for the following positions:

Electricians

Installation and maintenance work across commercial and industrial projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High standards of workmanship and safety

Electrical Supervisors

Supervising teams on-site
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
Coordinating with project managers and clients

Electrical Testers

Carrying out inspection and testing
Completing certification and reports
Ensuring installations meet current regulations

Ideal Candidates Will Have

Relevant electrical qualifications
ECS/JIB card
Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations
Good communication and teamwork skills
A professional and reliable attitude
