We are looking for an efficient, reliable and personable individual to join our busy school office. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will be approachable and friendly with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to prioritise workload, multitask and work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
Previous administrative experience is desirable and experience within a school setting would be an advantage.
The role will fundamentally involve acting as the first point of contact for the school, providing a friendly and efficient reception service to all stakeholders. It will include managing incoming calls and enquiries, welcoming visitors, handling day to day communications and supporting the smooth running of the school office.
