Job Overview:

We are looking for someone who will take pride in their work and are a reliable and dedicated individual. The Kitchen Porter will be responsible for various tasks, including dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment, and supporting the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area.

Responsibilities:

Dishwashing: Efficiently wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by regularly cleaning surfaces, floors, and kitchen tools.
Supporting Kitchen Staff: Assist chefs and cooks in various tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and basic food preparation.
Waste Management: Properly dispose of kitchen waste and recycling, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
Organization: Keep kitchen storage areas well-organized, including shelves, refrigerators, and freezers.
Adherence to Health and Safety Standards: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Qualifications:

Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to cleanliness and organization with a focus on maintaining high standards.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills:
