We currently have a vacancy for a Panel Technician. You should ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 or City and Guild qualification.
- £55k basic salary.
- Significant additional profit share - 25% of all site profits over target will go to you.
- Working towards a 4 day week contracted to 5 - effective pay of £26.70 an hour.

The successful candidate will be required to:
- Carry out panel repairs, replacements, and alignment to manufacturer standards
- Perform strip & fit (MET) tasks efficiently and accurately
- Repair damaged panels using appropriate techniques (pulling, filling, reshaping)
- Ensure all work meets BSI / manufacturer repair methods
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused bodyshop
- hold a valid driving license
- complete repairs to the highest standard
What we are looking for;
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Panel or similar
- Strong understanding of modern repair techniques
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional integrity and pride in your work
