Office Administrator

Two Six Estates | Palmers Green | Part-Time | £1,500 per month

Are you organised, professional and confident speaking with people?

Two Six Estates is an established North London property company managing a substantial portfolio of residential properties. We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day operation of our lettings and property management department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the property industry. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming telephone calls and enquiries
Booking appointments, viewings, inspections and contractor visits
Liaising with landlords, tenants, applicants and contractors
Assisting with tenancy administration and compliance documentation
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Following up enquiries and supporting the lettings process
Assisting with property management administration
Supporting the office manager with general administrative and PA duties

What We Are Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional and confident telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
Reliable, punctual and eager to learn
Previous administration or customer service experience preferred but not essential

Working Hours

4 days per week
9:00am – 4:00pm
30-minute unpaid lunch break
