Physiotherapist – Bridge of Allan & Auchterarder

Death’s Door Performance Club

At Death’s Door Performance Club, we’re building more than a clinic. We’re creating a place where people come to move better, perform better, recover properly, and feel part of something. We’re looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team in Bridge of Allan and Auchterarder and become part of the community we’re creating.

This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people solve problems, build confidence in their bodies, and bridge the gap between rehab and performance. Whether someone walks through the door recovering from injury, managing ongoing pain, or chasing their next fitness goal, we want a physio who can meet them where they are and help move them forward.

You’ll work alongside like minded people and our wider team to deliver high-quality care in a supportive, energetic environment where relationships matter just as much as results.

What you'll be doing

Carrying out assessments and creating tailored treatment plans based around each individual.
Helping members reduce pain, recover from injury and improve movement and performance.
Using hands-on treatment, exercise prescription and rehabilitation strategies to support long-term progress.
Tracking progress and adapting plans as needed.
Educating clients so they understand their bodies and feel confident taking ownership of their recovery.
Working closely with coaches and the wider team to create joined-up support.
Keeping clear records and maintaining high professional standards.
Staying curious and continually developing your knowledge and skills.

What we're looking for

Qualified Physiotherapist with relevant registration and insurance.
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and building relationships.
Strong understanding of movement, rehabilitation and performance principles.
Great communication skills and the ability to explain things simply.
Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team.
Organised, proactive and able to manage your own caseload.
Experience in sports, strength & conditioning, private practice or performance settings would be a huge plus.
A passion for helping people get back to doing what they love.
