The successful candidate functions will include but are not limited to the below:
LPE1 / Leasehold Sales Support
Manage end‑to‑end production of LPE1 and associated leasehold information packs
Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, leaseholders and managing agents
Gather financial, insurance, fire safety, service charge and compliance information
Ensure responses are accurate, complete and issued within agreed timescales
Maintain records of issued packs and supporting documentation
Companies House & Corporate Compliance
Maintain statutory records for client companies (RMCs, RTMs, Freehold Companies)
File Companies House submissions including:
Confirmation Statements
Changes to Directors / PSCs
Registered office updates
Monitor filing deadlines and ensure ongoing compliance
Maintain internal registers and company documentation
General Administration
Keep property and company records up to date across internal systems
Support compliance relating to insurance, risk assessments and statutory documents
Respond to enquiries professionally and within service standards
Assist with audits, data requests and internal compliance processes

Experience with LPE1 / LEP1 forms (essential)
Understanding of leasehold block management (essential)
Experience dealing with Companies House filings (essential)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Confident communicator with solicitors and property professionals
Competent with Microsoft 365 and document management systems
Knowledge of service charge accounts desirable
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience within block, estate or property management
Familiarity with TPI standards
Knowledge of fire safety or compliance documentation (EWS1, FRA, insurance)
