About Eleven Energy
Eleven Energy is a UK-based sodium-ion battery company developing safe, sustainable and smart energy storage systems for homes and businesses. We are growing quickly and are looking for a technically strong, customer-facing specialist to support installers, commercial customers and channel partners across the South West.
This is a hands-on technical sales role for someone who understands battery installations in the real world. You will work closely with installers, distributors, customers and our internal technical team to support product adoption, pre-sales design, training, commissioning and post-installation technical support.
The Role
We are looking for a qualified electrician with extensive experience installing home and commercial battery systems. You will help customers and installer partners understand, specify and successfully deploy Eleven Energy’s battery products.
This role combines technical sales, installer support, site assessment, product training and field-based troubleshooting. It would suit someone who has previously worked as a solar/battery installer, technical sales engineer, commissioning engineer, or senior electrician within the renewable energy sector.

- Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on site where required.
- Feed installer and customer feedback into the product and engineering teams.
- Help build long-term relationships with regional installers and commercial partners.
- Represent Eleven Energy at trade events, customer meetings and training sessions.

- Experience with solar PV, hybrid inverters, AC-coupled systems and backup/EPS configurations.
- Confident reading electrical schematics, installation manuals and technical documentation.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to installers and customers.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based regional role.
- Based in, or able to regularly cover, the South West of England.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Level 3 Award in the Design, Installation and Commissioning of Electrical Energy Storage Systems, or equivalent battery storage qualification.
- Solar PV installation qualification or proven solar PV installation experience.
