Full job description

To safely produce our brand products within a team environment that meet agreed specifications to ensure our customers always receive their order on time in full.

Operate production machinery in line with standard operating procedures.
Carry out routine product quality inspections to agreed standards and specifications.
Maintain production area hygiene standards.
Accurately record machinery performance ( paper based and electronic ).
Effectively report machinery concerns to engineers and shift managers.
Complete quality related documentation (stock freeze / DRM etc ).
Work within agreed factory food safety and health and safety policies and standards.
Carry out product changeovers to agreed standards and timings.
Rework stock not meeting quality standards (Not Right First Time) .
