Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our Office management , ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Team/ Business/ Project management, risk assessment, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols. - Manage and supervise security personnel, including training and performance evaluations. - Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities. - Coordinate with clients, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed. - Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and respond to incidents. - Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed reports. - Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of cost estimation and risk management practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compan policies and procedures.
Oversee the operation of the whole team and ensure effective surveillance across all areas.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Manage loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage to property.
Train and supervise security staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Respond promptly to security incidents, conducting investigations as required.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security operations.
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as necessary to enhance security measures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in a Company management role or similar position is essential.
Strong systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies.
Familiarity with first aid practices is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in identifying potential risks or issues.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
