Main purposes of job
You will work closely in a team of 4 people to help coordinate the deliveries of international trucks in the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contact customers and warehouse to book in the delivery via email and phone.
- Updating customers and warehouse of late arrivals and / or amendments.
- Ensuring the internal freight system is up to date with the latest information.
- Advising the relevant hauliers of their delivery bookings and chasing the drivers for updates on their progress.
- General administrative tasks.

- Holiday: 20 days
- Bonus Scheme: Two performance-based bonuses each year—one in the summer and one at Christmas—tailored to your individual performance level.

- Probation: 6 months with salary review at the end.
- Starting salary: £25,000 per annum but flexible for the right candidate.
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
