Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in media buying, PPC campaign management, and data analysis to drive measurable results and enhance brand visibility. The ideal applicant will possess a strong understanding of Google Ads, social media management, and analytics tools, with a passion for innovative marketing strategies. This paid position is suitable for both experienced professionals and enthusiastic interns eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and DoubleClick.
Manage social media advertising efforts, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Conduct media buying activities to maximise reach and return on investment.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
Develop strategies for PPC campaign management to improve click-through rates and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content tailored for target audiences.
Perform keyword research and SEO optimisation to enhance organic visibility alongside paid efforts.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports to inform future marketing strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive.

Requirements

Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and DoubleClick.
Strong understanding of social media management tools and strategies.
Knowledge of media buying techniques and PPC campaign management best practices.
Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals.
Experience using Google Tag Manager for tracking and optimisation purposes is desirable.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively to optimise campaign performance.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
A proactive attitude with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Prior experience in digital marketing or advertising is preferred but not essential for internship candidates eager to learn on the job.
