Job Summary

Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week (30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in digital marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and responding to customer enquiries across our digital platforms. You will play a key role in promoting our brand and maintaining excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging social media content, including posts, images, videos and promotional campaigns.
Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
Monitor social media activity and respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly.
Handle incoming customer enquiries via social media, email and other digital channels.
Work with the team to promote products, services and special offers.
Monitor social media performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.
Keep up to date with current social media trends and best practices.
Ensure all online content reflects the company's brand and values.

What We're Looking ForEssential

An interest in digital marketing and social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident using major social media platforms.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Desirable

Experience creating content using Canva or similar design software.
Previous experience managing social media accounts (personal, voluntary or professional).
Customer service experience.
A qualification in Marketing, Digital Media or a related subject is an advantage but not essential.
