Overview

Website & Marketing Administrator
Orbital Foods Ltd

Orbital Foods Ltd is a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience in the global supply and sourcing of new and used food processing and packaging machinery. We are seeking a hands-on Website & Marketing Administrator to manage our online presence and support our sales process through targeted email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management: Maintain and update the company website on a daily basis, including product listings, descriptions, and photography. Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and structured to enhance user experience and drive website traffic. Contribute to ongoing website improvements and functionality.
Content Creation & Product Research: Research machinery in detail to produce clear, informative, and reliable product content for customers.
Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and distribute weekly mailshot campaigns to a database of over 10,000 contacts, promoting available machinery and generating customer interest. Manage and respond to sales enquiries generated through email marketing campaigns, ensuring prompt communication and effective follow-up. Build and maintain strong working relationships with both suppliers and customers, supporting ongoing business development.

About You

Experience in website management and digital content creation
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently
Customer-focused with a responsive and professional approach
Comfortable working in a small business environment
