We’re proud to be one of Suffolk’s leading domestic cleaning businesses, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Customer & Sales Advisor to help us continue that growth while ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.
The Opportunity
This is a unique hybrid role that combines sales, customer care and relationship management.
You’ll be the friendly face of Bright & Beautiful, meeting prospective customers in their homes, providing quotations, conducting quality checks, gathering feedback and ensuring our existing customers remain delighted with the service they receive.
You’ll work closely with our office team and housekeepers, becoming an expert in what we do so that you can confidently explain our services and match customers with the right solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Sales & Growth
● Responding to customer enquiries and following up new leads
● Visiting prospective customers in their homes to discuss their needs
● Preparing and delivering in-home quotations
● Converting enquiries into long-term customers
● Building strong relationships that generate referrals and recommendations
● Supporting local business growth initiatives
Customer Relationship Management
● Looking after our existing customer base of 100+ households
● Conducting regular quality assurance visits
● Gathering customer feedback and identifying opportunities to improve service
● Resolving concerns with empathy, professionalism and urgency
● Ensuring customers feel valued, listened to and well looked after throughout their journey with us
Team Collaboration
● Working closely with our professional housekeepers
● Developing a strong understanding of our services and standards
● Sharing customer feedback and insights with the wider team
● Championing our company values and commitment to exceptional service
What We’re Looking For
Essential
● Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Excellent organisation and time-management skills
● Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
● Confident on the phone, using email, on the computer and customer management systems (training provided for bespoke systems)
● A genuine passion for customer service

Location: Across Ipswich, Woodbridge & Bury St Edmunds (Hybrid Working)
Flexible working hours across the week. Minimum one day per week office-based, with the remainder split between home working and customer visits across the territory.
