We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised individual to join our Lettings and Property Management team on a part-time basis to provide maternity cover for up to one year. This is a varied role combining administration with property inspections, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office and out-of-office work. Full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing
- Assist in handling incoming calls and coordinate the enquiry accordingly.
- Supporting the Lettings and Property Management team with day-to-day administration.
- Assisting with property inspections.
- Booking appointments for inspections, check-ins and check-outs.
- Handling incoming telephone calls and email enquiries professionally.
- Carrying out compliance checks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Right to Rent checks.
- Administering tenancy rent increases.
- Running monthly Right to Rent reports for time-limited occupants.
- Processing utility forms for move-ins, move-outs and meter readings.
- Ensuring information on the CRM System and Fixflo is accurate and compliant.
- Organising contractor key collections and maintaining the key register.
- Assisting with daily post and general office administration.
- Helping to keep the office organised and ensuring documents requiring action are identified promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records.

- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to prioritise workload and work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive, proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for carrying out property inspections.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts or issues efficiently and effectively.
- Language: English (required)
